Our Vision

This land has been in the family since the late 1900’s. My dad had a dream. One day he took me up to the top of one of our beautiful hills we now call Ancient Trails, overlooking the La Plata’s, the San Juan’s, Shiprock, Aztec and Farmington. He said “son, some day I hope you will build a home here”.  A wonderful place to build a home and live in the beautiful southwest.  So many choice lots to choose from for  building your home with a glorious view of the magnificent San Juan and La Plata mountains. Well, we did, and we too have a dream. Our dream is to build a development in this same place, where you can build your forever home and enjoy an enchanting quiet night on the back porch, as we do, with the stars seemingly close enough to touch, where the only sound is the occasional cricket or a coyote in the distance with an eastern breeze singing in the trees keeping the nights cool and comfortable. Wake up every morning to a view of the magnificent La Plata mountains from you kitchen window. Smell the rain on the cedars, piñons and sagebrush.
